It can be seen as a detoxification process to integrate the Reiki energy into your physical and other bodies but is a very gentle and life changing process. This level is all about you, in terms of self-awareness, self-development and is a powerful method for self-healing. You can use Reiki level 1 for healing and practice on friends and family.

LEVEL II:

Level 2 of Holy Fire Reiki Training takes your practice to the next level. You will receive reiki symbols to bring the universal energy of reiki in your everyday lives in more practical ways and strengthen your ability to heal;which increases the strength and flow of your Reiki energy. During this level, you will learn advanced techniques for using Reiki energy, including distance healing; send healing to people you are not physically with, as well as to past and present events, healing emotional wounds, and releasing blockages in the energy field. By the end of Level 2, you will have a deeper understanding of the spiritual aspects of Reiki and be able to perform more advanced treatments on yourself and others.
